Pola CLT1 - Four stage ventilation control

Features:

• 4 stage control for switching ventilation fans or steps of heating, in applications such as poultry houses.
• An additional relay gives 1 addtional heat or cool output to suppliment ventilation/heating. 
• Programmable for step or sequential control.
• For poultry safety, a minimum ventilation cycle timer output exists to ensure a small amount of airflow exists under all circumstances.
• Enclosures available are 96x96x58mm panel mounting or 98x125x75mm IP54 surface/wall box.
• Temperature sensor supplied, -50.0/115.0 Deg.C or F 
• Adjustable ventilation temperature band.
• Ventilation programmable, step or sequence action.
• Set point adjustable relative to ventilation band.
• Output LEDs show control status.
• Removable terminal strips
• 4 output relays

Pola CLT2 - Digital inlet control

Features:

• Digital inlet position control for operation of opening and closing inlets in stages.
• Can be used to control a geardrive controller by:

1) Open and close position control, or,
2) 0-10 volt input control.

• Display of input condition or geardrive position.
• 20mm large bright display makes for easy reading.
• Large buttons and simple menus for easy programming during growth cycles.
• Panel mounted 96x96.

 

Pola CLT3 - Dusk/Dawn light dimming controller

Features:

• Digital dawn/dusk 0-10VDC controller designed for dimming high frequency fluorescent light fittings.
• Other types of fluorescent & tungsten lighting can also be controlled with the addition of suitable load control devices.
• Ramp up (dawn) and down (dusk) times are independently adjustable to simulate natural light patterns.
• Dawn & dusk cycles triggered via external contact e.g. by a timer.
• Allows setting of minimum & maximum percentage light levels.
• 20mm large digital display shows the current lighting level.
• Manual override of the light level and ramp times by the push of a button.
• Panel mounted 96x96.
• Large buttons and simple menus for easy programming.

 

Pola CLT4 - Air pressure control

Features:

• Can operate up to two inlet drive systems with position feedback.
• Minimum and maximum controls tie in to the fan stages.

Inlets will open immediately to the minimum position setting when the first stage (cycle timer) fans switch on.

Maximum position will automatically be set to 100% as the ventilation control advances up through the stages.

• Option to have the Pressure control operate at a different pressure setting via external contact. e.g. higher pressure setting for cold nights.
• Easy feedback potentiometer calibration procedure.
• 20mm large bright display makes for easy reading of current pressure.
• Large buttons and simple menus for easy programming.
• Requires Pola DP59/w Pressure Sensor.
• Panel mounted 96x96.

 

Pola CLT5 - Dual Inlet position control

Features:

• Dual digital inlet position control providing simple operation of opening and closing inlets in stages.
• Can be used to control up to two inlet geardrives in one of three ways:

1) 12 stage position control,
2) 6 independant stages of position control per geardrive, or,
3) 0-10 volt input control.

• Easy feedback potentiometer calibration procedure.
• Inlet control output can be connected to any suitable geardrive controller.
• Display of input condition or geardrive position.
• 20mm large bright display makes for easy reading.
• Large buttons and simple menus for easy programming.
• Panel mounted 96x96.

 

Pola CLT12 - High and Low temperature alarm

Features:

• High and Low alarm thermostat (2 set point)
• A single SX thermistor sensor input (SX probe included) with a range of -50.0/115.0 Deg.C or -58.0/239.0 Deg.F.
• Two change over output relays (for high and low alarm states).
• Panel or Wall mounted options (96 x 96mm front panel mounting or IP54 surface/wall mount)
• Min. and Max. temperatures are stored for later viewing.
• 20mm large bright display makes for easy reading.
• Large buttons and simple menus for easy programmimg.
• With 0.1 Degrees resolution, adjustable hysterisis from 0.2 Deg. and scale in C or F, the result is a versatile accurate temperature alarm.
